CONCENTRATION
Kevin McCrindle is the principal attorney at McCrindle Law, having started the firm in 1977. Kevin’s practice focuses on estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate law, business law, and taxation. In addition, Kevin practices in the areas of real estate law and agricultural law.
SUMMARY
Kevin assists clients with their tax, estate and business succession planning. Often the focus is working with individuals to pass wealth to their families with the least tax, administrative expense and inconvenience possible. In addition, he helps clients instill goals and values in future generations through their estate plan, frequently collaborating with the clients’ other financial and tax advisors.
Kevin also counsels executors, trustees and beneficiaries of estates. An ACTEC-trained mediator, he believes that many probate and family succession disputes can be resolved through the process of mediation. He is a frequent speaker on estate planning topics for continuing legal education programs and community groups.
